Netball Trial Preparation

Many young netballers will be attending winter club trials early in 2026. Trialing can be a daunting process! What are clubs looking for? What do selectors value?

Taught and Bowled is offering a program in December to help prepare players for these trials.

AGE GROUPS

This program is open to the following age groups:

• Sub Junior - 2014 or 2015 date of births
• Primary - 2016 or 2017 date of births

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

There will be an initial session, a player feedback report and a small group session for all participants.

Initial session

Our coaches will take players through a series of training and match activities. This session will be observed by experienced club selectors.

Feedback

Players will receive an individual report from the initial session:

• Strengths
• Coach/Observers' Feedback
• Areas to work on
• Recommendations for position(s) to trial in

Small group session

Players return for a small group skills session, structured specifically around their game and the areas they need to improve.

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Venue: Cruickshank Reserve, Phillis Street, Maylands
• Dates: Sunday December 7th and Sunday December 14th
• Time: 8:30-10:00am
• Cost: $120
